Strategic Planning: Collaborating with business leaders to understand the organization’s objectives and developing HR strategies to support them.

Employee Relations: Acting as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Talent Management: Developing and implementing talent acquisition, retention, and development strategies to ensure the organization has the right people with the right skills in the right positions.

Performance Management: Working with managers to establish performance standards, conduct performance evaluations, and develop performance improvement plans when necessary.

Organizational Development: Identifying opportunities for organizational improvement and implementing initiatives to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and overall performance.

Change Management: Assisting with change management initiatives such as mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, and process improvements by facilitating communication, managing resistance, and supporting employees through transitions.

HR Policy and Compliance: Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations and updating HR policies and procedures as needed to reflect changes in legislation or company needs.

Data Analysis: Analyzing HR metrics and data to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of HR programs, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

HR Projects: Leading or participating in HR projects such as diversity and inclusion initiatives, employee wellness programs, or HR technology implementations.
