Sales Force Effectiveness


Sales force effectiveness is a cornerstone to implementing the operational and sales strategy, which takes account of the company’s resources and constraints. Its objective is to maximise the efficacy and efficiency of the sales force.
In concrete terms, the SFE is, among other things, responsible for managing the bonus and CRM system, for developing dashboards (activity and performance monitoring) and for optimising sales organisation.

It must ensure continuous information exchange between the head office and the field and work with the sales and marketing teams and operations division.


You should have the ability to adapt, have good interpersonal skills and also strong analytical skills. You should be proactive, like team work and project management.
