Responsible for the employer brand, for our state of mind and compatibility between our skills and our strategy, URGO HR teams carry out various tasks. They take part as much in sourcing and hiring applicants, as in implementing the training and development plan for our employees, providing career management support, developing relations with our partner schools and managing personnel administrative aspects. They also play a role in payroll management and social management control or even in social rights subjects.
Requirement
