A Business Developer’s job is to offer innovative and disruptive products to feed the new products launch plan. They look for product opportunities or manufacturer partners likely to best meet the company’s growth requirements.
It is above all about identifying and analysing potential opportunities for bringing the right product at the right time and in the best conditions.


An allrounder, the Business Developer combines strategic analysis, anticipation and negotiation in the field. An entrepreneur at heart, you must be inquiring, creative and proactive. You should have good people skills, be competitive and be drawn by challenges. You are dynamic and persevering and you like to have several projects on the go at the same time while adventuring onto new markets.


The position of Business Developer is versatile and offers the possibility of working with numerous other business sectors within the company. You can go on to become International Market Manager, Project Leader, Buyer Product Manager, or even move towards an international career.
