The primary purpose of this role it to support the marketing team and ensure that the day-to-day functioning of the team is as efficient and impactful as possible.

Additionally, this role will allow the job holder to gain experience in planning, leading and delivering projects and marketing initiatives within a fast paced, growing, international business.

 

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership and lead specially assigned projects in order to gain as much meaningful business and marketing experience as possible
  • Assist in the creation of written, video, and image content for marketing channels including social media, email and web
  • Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
  • Perform market analysis and research on growth areas and competitor products
  • Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions
  • Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Help manage distribution of marketing materials to field salesforce
  • Help organise marketing events (internal and external)

Candidate profile

Qualifications

  • Current enrollment or recently graduated in related Bachelors or Masters degree

Requirement and skills

  • Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices
  • Interested in healthcare and healing people
  • Strong desire to learn, along with professional drive
  • Solid understanding of different marketing techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High degree of computer literacy with a particular emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel. WordPress CMS skills a bonus
  • Familiarity with online marketing applications a bonus (e.g. CRM tools, Online analytics and Google Adwords)

Terms

Based in London (2-3 days a week in the office, rest of the week remote) with occasional travel within the UK and potentially abroad.
