The offer

  • Job Purpose:
    MA seeks and provides clinical information and evidence to support business development in China.
  • Main Job Responsibilities:
  • Represent medical and clinical information in various formats to stakeholders at different levels:
  • 1) answer HCPs inquiry via timely understanding of the latest therapeutic area knowledge and advancement.
  • 2) Provide medical review for promotional and educational content for the assigned product portfolio and therapeutic area, ensure the medical contents are accurate, fair-balanced, evidence-based
  • 3) produce scientific materials and conduct for customer-facing presentation
  • Provide medical knowledge training in relation to our technology and target therapeutic area;
  • Support MKT and Professional Education projects from perspective of medical expertise
  •  Collaboration with other colleagues in marketing department, be in charge of the design, implementation and tracking of studies and clinical cases conducted with HCP- Sales Force
  • Work with other colleagues in marketing department to develop or approve medical content in marketing tools and communications.

Candidate profile

  • Recognized college or university Bachelor Degree -major in pharmacy and clinical medicine
  • Strong literature reading ability and clinical information retrieval ability
  • Minimum 2 years related working experience
  • At least publish 1 Essay in public at national level
  • Has training experience
  • Communicates orally in a manner which is clear, fluent, and to the point, and which holds the audience’s attention, both in group and one-to-one situations.
  • Actively seeks to improve others’ skills and talents by providing constructive feedback, coaching, training opportunities, and assignments which challenge their abilities and encourage development.
  • Can actively drives projects along, gets results, ensures that key objectives are met.
  • Good understanding of wound care (better to have)
  • Strong numeric and computer literate (including MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
  • Good at English communication both in verbal and written
  • Compliance
