The offer

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIIES

The job holder will support the delivery of the Company’s key business objectives through the delivery of their key accountabilities as follows:

  1. Drives short, medium and long-term strategy for a priority brand and maximizes sales turnover by setting clear direction for salesforce execution of that brand strategy
  2. Drives long-term vision of portfolio – including leading product launches, market access initiatives, selling and clinical initiatives
  3. Develops deep customer insights and translates them into effective brand positioning and promotional campaigns
  4. Understands the brand’s market potential, sources of growth and competitive landscape. Effectively positions the brand, sets the market share and sales turnover ambition and annual objectives for the brand
  5. Develops effective marketing strategies and high impact promotional campaigns in collaboration with Global brand managers
  6. Demonstrates ability to segment a market, select optimal target audiences and position effectively for the target segment
  7. Continually evaluates and applies knowledge of the effectiveness (share impact/ROI) and efficiency of promotional tactics
  8. Collaborates closely with key stakeholders including account managers, regional sales managers, clinical specialists, market access team, commercial excellence team, market research, medical affairs, regulatory and innovation teams – on a local and global level
  9. Operational management responsibility for Associate Brand Manager.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Qualified to degree level in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience; coupled with demonstrable experience in business management or marketing
  • Demonstrable experience of creating and implementing marketing strategy to achieve tangible financial results.
  • Experience in product launches, preferably in the medical industry
  • Significant brand marketing/management experience coupled with exceptional project management skills.
  • Track record of leading projects to successful completion with tangible results.

  • Exceptional influencing skills to ensure positive engagement in strategic direction and vision
  • Willingness to undertake regular national travel to the London and Shephed sites, meetings across the country with the salesforce (regularly), , events and conferences, as well as occasional International travel (mainly France).
  • Willingness to be flexible with working hours to ensure the achievement of key timebound deliverables and travel requirements.
