KEY ACCOUNTABILITIIES

The job holder will support the delivery of the Company’s key business objectives through the delivery of their key accountabilities as follows:

  1. Develop a pipeline of high-impact opportunities, focusing on large-scale partnerships in focus accounts.
  2. Drive top-line revenue growth by securing high-value, multi-year contracts within our healthcare systems.
  3. Create and execute strategy to enhance Urgo Medical’s market position and increase its competitive advantage.
  4. Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to translate company strategy and objectives into landscape changing opportunities.
  5. Lead high-level negotiations and structure complex agreements to maximise value creation for both parties.
  6. Build and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare executives (Health Board level C-Suite), industry partners, and decision-makers across the breadth of wound care to acquire new business opportunities and increase revenue.
  7. Continuously seeking out potential clients and markets for expansion to drive business growth.
  8. Evaluate and analyse market trends and competition to provide insights and recommendations to the Senior Leadership Team on emerging trends, growth opportunities, challenges and competitive dynamics.
  9. Drive service redesign through Urgo Medical’s digital solutions offering through C-Suite level Health Board stakeholders.
  10. Maintain a consistent pipeline of potential opportunities >£100k to ensure consistent flow and attainment of targets.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Qualified to degree level or equivalent in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Significant experience in sales and business development with a record of achieving/exceeding sales targets year on year, contributing to the company’s continued growth and success.
  • Demonstrable ability to analyse data and market trends is essential as data-driven decision-making is a cornerstone of this role.
