Mission
Chiefs of Staff have the opportunity to work closely with French and international directors of the URGO Group. Reporting to one of the Group’s directors, they work alongside them on highly varied missions at close range with project management. Through production, budget and strategic plan monitoring, communication, financial analysis or even compilation of studies and presentations, Chiefs of Staff are highly versatile and are able to provide a fresh and challenging perspective as to the Group’s strategy.
Requirement
Recent graduate, must like challenges and the responsibilities they bring. Ability to react and highly self-reliant. Also, very good analytical skills and synthesis skills to enable you to be proactive and to argue your choices.
Your career at URGO
The position of Chief of Staff is part of the URGO Graduate Program. You will occupy this position for between 18 and 24 months during which time you will receive personalised career advice and training. After that time, you will be able to fill an operational position in one of our companies in France or abroad. The Graduate Program is a stepping stone to management positions within our companies. Our Graduate Program alumni have gone on to many different jobs. Today they occupy positions such as Marketing and Sales Manager, R&D Project Manager, Global Marketing Director, Digital Activities Director or even Assistant Director on the digital transformation project.
