SCOPE OF THE POSITION:

Based in Ho Chi Minh City, the incumbent will report directly to General Manager, be part of the leadership team and lead teams in Hospital Channel as well as Retail channel:

  • Perform duties within the representative office’s permitted activities,
  • Lead and develop Field Force teams focused on exceeding operation expectations through proper strategy,
  • Recruit and grow high performing who can deliver on our Vision and embody our Values in Viet Nam,
  • Partnership across the internal and external stakeholders to maximize resources,
  • Work with business leadership team to create and translate brand strategy into a national plan of action,
  • Engage cross-functional teams to identify issues and develop solutions to set operational plan.
  • Operate as brand champion in execution of relaying vision and tactical plan alignment to Field Force team and customers,
  • Drive organizational learning and changes throughout the operation,
  • Other assignments as allocated by the representative office from time to time

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Understand current and future market and challenges in the healthcare industry (Medical devices); Identify trends as well as key success factors and leverage data to optimize corporate decision-making process to support operation optimization and expansion
  • Identify new business opportunities, design SMART plans of action to create meaningful operational solutions,
  • Plan, design and execute high quality meetings that drive operation goals, creates a sense of ownership and excitement for the team, ultimately driving engagement and performance,
  • Hold teams accountable for their performance and drive a solution focused approach in people management process,
  • Create and grow relationships with KOLs and other key stakeholders within and outside URGO to ensure maximum support and collaboration,
  • Capability to roll-out high-level projects at the local level successfully,
  • Monitor Field Force results, key performance indicators, competitive activities and market trends on a regular basis and report to all concerned stakeholders,
  • Develop, monitor and recommend continuous improvement on Field Force processes, Field Force plans, customer satisfaction, etc., to improve Field Force traction,
  • Ensure that all activities are in accordance with the code of ethics guidelines.

Profil du candidat

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduated from Pharmacy / Medicine University or Business school with scientific background (ideally studied overseas),
  • Minimum 3 years in Field Force management with proven track records in Pharma or Medical devices business, in both Ethical and retail channels; other experiences in Marketing / commercial positions would bring added value,
  • Very strong people management/leadership skills (proven ability to lead, develop, coach and engage and inspire high-performing teams),
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and decision-making process based on facts, figures & numbers (strong analytical skills),
  • Strategic thinking,
  • Very strong communication and Negotiation skills,
  • Integrity, open-minded and customer-focus,
  • Computer proficiency (data mining).
  • English is a must.
