L'offre

Reporting to the Regional Business Controller APAC, the Finance Analyst is to support the Regional team on business controlling functions so that financial reporting, systems and procedures meet the organization’s short and long-term business objectives and comply with accounting principles and Group standards. Activities may include financial analysis and planning, reporting, costs control, system update, budgeting and forecasting.

As the Regional Finance Analyst APAC, the position holder will be part of the Controlling regional team of Urgo Medical APAC based in Singapore, working closely with the APAC Business Controlling team, Finance regional team and local Controllers.

About the Role

  • Prepare and deliver accurate monthly financial closing reports, ensuring they comply with company policies and financial regulations
  • Participates in the reconciliation between statutory and management accounts
  • Support Business Controller in analysis of forecast, budget, actuals and other specific business dynamics in Asia Pacific
  • Assist in optimizing consolidation processes and tools; ensures appropriate analytical accounting and reporting on a monthly basis, in line with Corporate policies
  • Support Business controller for our healthcare business unit in APAC , providing robust support on financial and business controlling matters to ensure optimal financial performance and compliance
  • Utilize SAP for financial reporting and maintain up-to-date pricing and data entries to support operational efficiency
  • Assist in the consolidation of financial reporting and data across the APAC region
  • Supports the regional team on any other key business topic
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Profil du candidat

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accountancy or related subjects, with 0-2 years of working experience
  • Excellent analytical/ problem solving skills and critical thinking abilities
  • Strong can-do attitude: Innovative and collaborative with a passion for quality and efficiency
  • High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and ability to learn/leverage digital tools & financial modelling techniques
  • Ability to take initiatives and work with ambiguity in an unstructured environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written (in English)
  • Knowledge in Power BI, SAP & Salesforce is preferred
