As we expand our operations in Australia, the role of Finance & Business Excellence Manager Australia is pivotal. This position is designed to bolster business growth and cover a wide spectrum of activities, from Controlling, Finance, Operations to Commercial excellence.

The position holder will be an integral member of the Australian Leadership team, partnering closely with the team to propel our business objectives and driving the business forward.

Reporting hierarchically to the Regional Finance Controlling & Salesforce Effectiveness Manager APAC and functionally to the General Manager Australia, the main tasks and responsibilities will be:

▪ Manages the monthly management closing and reporting completion, efficiency of processes and accuracy of data within reporting tools;
▪ Supports Budget, Rolling Forecast and Strategic Seminar processes with local teams and ensures the communication of the reporting to the Group;
▪ Be responsible for protecting and assessing the risk to the P&L: ensures that cost controlling for the affiliate is properly handled, and ensures the implementation and follow-up of the expenses processes and policies;
▪ Supports the General Manager in defining and implementing the Pricing strategy, approves the rebates from wholesalers;
▪ Manages the communication of sales data to the team (weekly sell-in, monthly sell-out);
▪ In conjunction with APAC Finance managers ensures the reconciliation between statutory and management accounts;
▪ Supports the APAC Finance Director / Finance Managers with analyses regarding Urgo Medical Australia investment/NPV.

▪ Be responsible for maintaining a database of all Australian sold references and key related data;
▪ Supports the Leadership Team on Public State Tenders and other privates submissions;
▪ Ensures local stock are adequate and help manage stock movements within internal and local limits;
▪ Ensures forecasts are accurate and handles the communication with the Group;
▪ Leads the Supply Chain optimization through the relationship with the local partner and Urgo teams.

Commercial Excellence
▪ Drives the commercial excellence monitoring through the creation of dashboards and business changing analyses, implements and follows-up KPIs, supports the KAM and Marketing team with analyses and dashboards;
▪ In conjunction with SalesForce regional admin and APAC team, implement new modules and tools to improve CRM and reporting;
▪ Supports the Leadership Team in defining and implementing the Incentives strategy, help defining territories targets;
▪ Supports the General Manager in delivering the key projects aiming at maximizing the return on investment as well as establishing recommendations for specific investments.

Profil du candidat

For this position, the required skills and competencies are the following:
• Significant previous experience in business controlling
• Key technical skills: P&L controlling, Data modeling & analysis, Accounting, Business partnering with Operational teams, Strong Excel & SAP skills
• Key behavioral traits:
o leadership, ability to be the right-hand person of the GM to drive the business growth,
