Mission
To be the first support to the management team in providing the necessary information to make the best decisions. You will be responsible for designing and preparing reports to analyze the sales, market and operational activity results of the Sales Representatives and share the findings with the management team. Organize existing data to generate and analyze reports to support good decision making. Management of technological tools for increased productivity. Field accompaniment (20%) of the time to support sales management.
Main functions
– Design and share reports with different internal customers (Marketing, General Manager, sales reps, etc.) to enable them to make better decisions.
– Regularly analyze the reports generated to reach relevant conclusions that add value to the business and challenge the company’s performance and strategy.
– Elaborate the Sales Force Effectiveness strategy to meet our business objectives and translate it into specific actions and targets.
– Follow up on established targets and implement corrective actions when targets are not met.
– Elaboration of sales network incentive calculation and analysis.
– Direct interaction with sales and marketing teams to provide findings and actions related to data analysis.
– Active participation in the preparation of monthly operational meetings and quarterly Business Reviews.
– Support to the management team by preparing reports to precisely analyze extraordinary situations.
– CRM administration: manage the local CRM (Salesforce.com) used by the company to analyze the daily activity of the sales network. This task also involves being able to identify new needs that may arise from the field and work with local administrators to design the format suitable for the sales network.
