Over the past 25 years, our Group has grown from \u20ac150 million to this landmark figure, reflecting a steady and controlled growth trajectory.<\/p>\n<p>This progress is based on key strategic decisions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>an ongoing commitment to innovation,<\/li>\n<li>a strong industrial presence in France,<\/li>\n<li>and dynamic international expansion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Today, URGO employs 4,000 people across 20 countries and remains committed to a bold ambition: to improve patient care through ever more innovative solutions.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u20ac150 million to prepare for the
