Its objective is to maximise the efficacy and efficiency of the sales force.<br \/>\nIn concrete terms, the SFE is, among other things, responsible for managing the bonus and CRM system, for developing dashboards (activity and performance monitoring) and for optimising sales organisation.<\/p>\n<p>It must ensure continuous information exchange between the head office and the field and work with the sales and marketing teams and operations division.<\/p>\n<h2>Requirement<\/h2>\n<p>You should have the ability to adapt, have good interpersonal skills and also strong analytical skills. You should be proactive, like team work and project management.<\/p>\n<h2>Your career at URGO<\/h2>\n<p>The SFE opens up a number of perspectives within companies.
