The Offer:
Reporting to the Global Dress Marketing Manager within the Global Marketing team, you will play a key role in the development and growth of the UrgoTul, Sanyrène brands. Your main responsibilities will include:
Developing Brand Growth Strategies:
- Strategic Market Analysis: Assess market potential, identify growth sources, and analyze the competitive landscape to detect the best opportunities.
- Setting Growth Objectives: Establish ambitious market share and revenue targets by prioritizing growth levers.
- Segmentation and Targeting: Develop customer insights to refine brand positioning and design impactful promotional campaigns.
- Portfolio Strategy: Manage a coherent portfolio strategy to maximize overall brand performance under your responsibility.
- Growth Forecasting: Collaborate with country teams to challenge local forecasts and establish a 3-5 year global growth vision.
New Product Launch :
- International Launch Strategy: Actively contribute to the launch of new products by developing an integrated strategy tailored to target markets.
- Coordination and Execution: Work with local and international teams to ensure a harmonized execution of the launch.
- Post-Launch Monitoring: Analyze performance to adjust strategies and optimize results.
KPI Tracking and Optimization:
- Dashboards: Implement tools to monitor key indicators (sales growth, market share, ROI) and adjust strategies based on results.
- Project Management: Use project management methods to ensure deadlines and budgets are met.
International Coordination and Project Management:
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with GloCal Brand, sales, marketing, medical affairs, and regulatory teams to ensure strategic alignment.
- Communication and Influence: Build strong relationships with local teams and opinion leaders to promote brands.
Excellence in Execution:
- Maximizing Brand Performance: Ensure consistent execution of brand strategies in each market by collaborating with local teams and adapting campaigns to each country’s specifics.
- Monitoring and Optimization: Continuously evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of promotional activities to adjust strategies in real-time and maximize impact.
- Supporting Local Initiatives: Assist local teams in adapting global strategies and share best practices to optimize execution.
- Training and Support: Provide ongoing support through training, advice, and sharing best practices to improve processes.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work with marketing, medical, regulatory, and other teams to ensure execution aligns with strategic objectives and regulations.
- Relationships with KOLs: Develop relationships with key opinion leaders to strengthen the scientific credibility of the brands during events and publications.
Attitudes and Compliance:
- Be proactive in identifying dysfunctions and proposing corrective actions to maintain optimal operational efficiency.
- Ensure strict compliance with regulations, ethical charters, quality, and safety standards specific to the healthcare sector, including compliance procedures such as anti-gift laws and guidelines for communication and promotion on digital media.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to foster continuous improvement of practices.
Profile :
Education:
- Master’s degree from a top business school or a specialized healthcare program. A Master’s or MBA in marketing, ideally oriented towards the healthcare sector, would be a major asset.
Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in an international environment (pharmaceuticals, medical devices, biotechnology).
- Marketing experience in a subsidiary required; field experience would be a plus.
